Yet again the pics loaded out of order. Sorry. The little princesses were given zoo passes this year...so off we went in search of animals...but alas...it was very, very hot. Now our little zoo has recently put in a 'splash-park' inside it...included in the price of admission so our little ones jumped and played away...then visited the reptile house (air-conditioned), rode the 'Florida Express' railroad and turned into snakes themselves in the gift shop. The animals were surprisingly active in spite of the heat. On the way home we stopped at McDonald's because they have this wonderful jungle themed play area (inside). Well....Leni fell and bonked her nose and mouth. The McDonald's bathroom will never be the same. What was a very bloody few moments...turned out to be a not-too-bad-boo-boo and after the drama she returned to the jungle. :) We will be zooing it again soon...the splash area is most wonderful!!
