VERY excited to report that this sweet girl is learning to read and doing very well! This is a BIG DEAL at our house! Once you are fluent reading you get to have your own library card. She's well on her way!!!!! My goal with all our kids in their kindergarten year is intensive phonics and 'getting them reading', along with a love for the written word..... Then all other academics will enjoyably follow. Not sure how this year would go homeschooling...we dove in and our girl has met the challenge!! Our Leni is awesome!!!! and for those of you who know us well this is excellent news!
